Fola has worked on several real estate finance, acquisitions and developments, capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and has considerable experience in public private partnerships and banking & finance law. He is also experienced in client management and supporting business requirements to meet statutory obligations, whilst remaining focused on productivity. His core practice areas include Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate, Capital Markets and Securities, Banking and Finance.

He is a member of the Governing Council of Real Estate Lawyers Association of Nigeria (RELAN) and also a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (CISI) UK,Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) UK and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
