Our services in relation to administration of estates includes preparation of wills, representation in probate proceedings, provision of legal advisory and administrative functions to estates of deceased clients and families, establishment of trusts, foundations, etc and provision of legal advisory and secretarial services in relation thereto.

Real Estate

The legal and socio-political regime governing this area of practice can be complicated to anybody not familiar with the terrain. Given the increase in the demand for real estate properties generally in recent times, the size of funds involved in investments in real estate, and the attendant complexities that are sometimes experienced whilst undertaking real estate transactions, a clear understanding of the applicable laws and attendant rights and obligations thereunder has become indispensable in real estate transactions. This, coupled with the often slow and ponderous bureaucratic process of perfecting title to land, make the services of legal practitioners who are versed in the applicable laws and possess considerable experience in that field of practice, indispensable to investors in real estate in Nigeria.
